Downey has been a supplier to Private Family Offices for many years and we have seen a growing trend that we’re seeing for companies like ours to be kept in a ‘little black book’ of suppliers that can provide a unique and bespoke service.

This is an interesting sector for us to work with and it’s one that very much plays to our strengths. Our name is predominantly passed around by word of mouth, whilst ‘flying under the radar' with a reputation for quality and service that precedes us.

As a specialist operator in our creative field, we can service all requests when it comes to design and production while of course having vast experience working with high-profile clients, our discretion and standards are a matter of course.

The type of projects we work on for this sector is typically the bespoke personal items, such as Wedding and Birthday celebrations or creating custom private stationery suites for a collection of properties or to use upon yachts or jets by the owners and their guests, often displaying a Coat of Arms or personal motif for the suite. The quantities are not often large but as a bespoke producer, we can make any number. Quality over quantity is often said but, in this arena, it is a perfect demonstration of how we work.
